Aims
To support front line staff to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding required for effective delivery of services and improved outcomes for children, young people and their families

Target Group
Frontline staff from Children’s Services and partner agencies, who work regularly with and deliver services to, children and young people in Manchester.
Course Requirements
Participants on this programme will produce a portfolio containing a reflective learning diary, short work based tasks, tutorial recordings and action plans. This portfolio may be used as evidence for further qualifications.
Course Numbers
Courses will only run if there are a minimum number of 15 participants. The maximum number of participants is 20.
